UPDATED MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2020
We hope you had a safe and relaxing weekend. Last week was very hectic and unsettling for us all. Like everyone else, we struggled to understand the regulations and how they affected our business model. In an attempt to get information to you as quickly as possible, we sent out notifications prior to receiving clarification on the directives. We have copied below the email sent out last Friday, with the correct information about how the building will operate. Please know that the team at Held Properties, Inc. is working hard to make sure that we meet your needs. The building will be open to tenants only. Access will require your key card, if you have not already requested a key card, please do so by contacting Cherry Maurice at (310) 300-2200. If you must see client(s) under the guidelines of the “Safer at Home” order, then you will be required to meet your client(s) outside and personally escort them to your office.
For ease of reference, we have included the updated March 20, 2020 e-mail below. Please make sure you review the email for specific details and other pertinent information. As information becomes available or changes we will be updating our website https://www.heldproperties.com/tenant-building-access/ for your convenience. Our office will be closed to tenants and visitors, but our team will remain available by phone or email as outlined below.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance. We are all in this together and we appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy for the wellbeing of everyone.
UPDATED FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020
This update supersedes all prior notifications and will remain in effect until further notice. In response to Covid-19, Mayor Eric Garcetti issued a “Safer at Home” emergency order, ordering all residents of the City of Los Angeles to stay inside their residences and limit all activities outside their homes beyond what is absolutely necessary for “essential” tasks. The order took effect last night, Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. and is currently in place until April 19, 2020 and is subject to extension.
As it stands today, having “Essential Businesses”, in our building, the building will remain open during “Normal Building Hours” to service all “essential activities and essential businesses” pursuant to the emergency order. Services such as electrical, water, restroom, elevator and building access will remain uninterrupted. HVAC and suite janitorial services will be provided upon tenant’s request for service by calling (310) 300-2200 or emailing Held Properties at firstname.lastname@example.org. Such requests are to be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, by an authorized Tenant Contact on file with building management. Our parking structure will also remain open during Normal Building Hours.
We will keep you abreast of any new developments or changes as we learn of them. Our management office will be locked; however, please be assured that our staff is available to assist you. Should you need assistance please call the office of the building at (310) 300-2200 and your call will be directed to the proper staff member.
