Located directly adjacent the world-renowned UCLA Medical Center, this was the first privately owned and operated medical office building in the history of the University of California to be located on a UC campus. Developed by Held Properties in the late 80s and early 90s, this state-of-the-art medical facility greatly expanded the outpatient services of the UCLA Medical Center and helped build its reputation for the finest medical care and facilities anywhere.
