CHANDLER, ARIZ. — Chandler Corporate Center, a 70,573-square-foot office building in Chandler, has
sold to Chandler HFP LLC for $9.9 million. The Chandler entity was formed by principals at Held
Properties. This is the firm’s first Arizona-based acquisition. The two-story building is located at 585 North
Juniper Dr. in Chandler. It is fully leased to three tenants, including Garmin International, STA Travel and
MediServe. Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona represented both the buyer and the seller, Corporate
Center LLC, in this transaction. It will also manage the property on behalf of the buyer.
