Mr. Arthun has over 25 years of experience in commercial development and project management involving over 20 million square feet of construction.  He has served in leadership roles managing all facets of construction from programming, through design and construction. He has represented owners and clients in both public and private sectors including;  City of Burbank,  U.C.L.A. Medical Plaza, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Banc One, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Google amongst others.

Mr. Arthun has overseen very complex projects involving many committees and teams.  His oversight activities include all aspects of team management, budgeting, scheduling and project reporting.  He has worked in environments that require strong leadership of decision makers as well as coordination of project participants.  His professional demeanor enables him to work well with all disciplines. His strong hands on experience with construction enables him to be invaluable to his clients. This enables him to anticipate potential cost issues early in the design process, through construction which positions him well with cost avoidance and change orders claim mitigation.
