Joel Delman has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management. Before joining Held Properties, he worked as a broker for Los Angeles Realty Services and NAI Capital Commercial, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Delman has been with Held Properties for more than ten years and is responsible for leasing and marketing of all buildings managed by the company.  He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.  He also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and a California  real estate broker’s license.
