In his 31 years with the Held organization, Gary Meier has served in many capacities. He has supervised Held Properties’ property management department for 13 years and previously supervised the construction and air conditioning departments. With 37 years of experience in building systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, Mr. Meier is a licensed contractor and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
